Shipping policy

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct at checkout.

5. Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise specified, deliveries may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion.

If you require a signature on delivery, please request this at checkout.

6. Delays & Lost Items

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Goods in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
