Refund & Return Policy — OHM Defib Shop

1. Overview

At OHM Defib Shop, we are committed to supplying high-quality products. Our refund and return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds, replacements, or repairs are provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective

  • The product is not as described

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose

  • You received the incorrect item

If the issue is considered a major failure, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
If the issue is considered a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Timeframe for Claims

If your item is faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue

  • Include photos where applicable

Warranty claims outside 30 days will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at: support@ohmbiomedical.com.au

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Where a fault is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered by OHM Defib Shop.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once:

  • The returned item is received and inspected, or

  • The issue has been validated

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account after approval.

6. Warranty

Products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the product.

If a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, we will assist in facilitating the warranty process where required.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Consumables

  • Opened sealed medical accessories

  • Special-order items
